She is relaxed, fun, and inspired. She knows her shit, like lines and lighting and color. But she will also work with you to make tiny adjustments to your stance or your movement or your position that make THE WORLD OF DIFFERENCE in your end-result photo. She is professional, both literally and representationally. She will pull you, the real you, out with a lens and lay you on film so that you think she probably cut out a piece of your soul like those 1800's people used to think. But it doesn't hurt. Not at all. In fact, she can keep it, because it's right there whenever you want to look at it, beaming out at everyone you've ever known and making them feel happy. It can be hard being in front of a camera, but from the first moment of our engagement shoot (included in her packages), she did an awesome job of keeping us relaxed and enjoying the experience. She is so joyful and she has so many great ideas for shots to keep things fun and creative while still making sure you get those money shots that the family will be looking for!

Her turnaround time is unreal (like.... we're talking days) and the photographs themselves are absolutely stunning. The colors, the framing... so, so good. I can't recommend her enough!

Jess is such a joy to be around. She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Her infectious laugh puts you immediately at ease, especially if you're uncomfortable in front of the camera. She is so much fun! She comes from SCAD, so she obviously knows what she's doing - she is also an innate talent. You're getting high-quality photos with her, but she is very reasonably priced for the work she turns out, and she's flexible with schedules (unless she's booked solid, which I think she often is, so book her EARLY). She loves traveling, too - she did our engagement photos in Seattle, and our wedding in Savannah, GA. WE LOVE JESS KEENER!"
